I would 1. Check you blocking conditions and your second antibody. I would try different blocking proteins namely, increase BSA and add milk. 2. Try decreasing the concentration of the secondary antibody. Because of the increased sensitivity of ECL, I find that we generally have to dilute the antibody 1/1000 or more to get a nice blot. good luck. Andrey Shaw
