follicular dendritic cells

Can anyone give me some ideas as to the survival rate of follicular  
dendritic cells after storage in liquid nitrogen for 1 year.
 I would like to use lymph node preparations to observe a secondary  
immune
response in vivo but am not sure about the survival rate of my
FDC's and
hence how good an antigen presentation I can get.  Is there any good  
markers to use (work with bovine cells)
