We have developed bispecific antibodies to be used in the therapy of
Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma. The scientific aspects as the induction of
idiotype reactive T-cells are concerned, are covered by a grant from
the "Deutsche Krebshilfe". Therefore, the applicant should have
substantial experience in cellular Immunology ( T-cell cloning,
practical knowledge on the differentiation of human T-cells etc.).
In addition, the applicant can be involved in the search for new
antibody-strategies (diabodies, Phage-display, etc.).
