EXPRESSION OF pBOS

Has anyone had any luck expressing pBOS in a stable expression
system? WE have transiently transfected COS with good results, but
when we tried to do a stable transfection into CHO's along with co-
transfection with a DHFR selection vector we saw no expression.
We're hoping to find a fibroblast cell line, or any at this point,
to express our membrane bound and soluble protein in. Thanks, ANN
