I would like to know, how well do liposomes carrying an
antigen elicit a cytotoxic T-cell immune response. Does this type of vaccine
produce memory cells. Also how does it elicit a cytotoxic T-cell immune
response: Directly stimulating Tcyt or does the liposome carry the antigen
into the host cells, where it can be processed and displayed on MHC I and in
that way activate the Tcyt??
