Dear people, Is there anyway in reducing KLH ( Hemocyanin from Keyhole Limpets) so as to expose the thiol groups in it for conjugation by linker ( Sulfo-SMPB, from pierce ) ? Appreciate very much if anyone could help me. THANKS !! Ang Ching Seng 93462936 at np.ac.sg
