Dear people,
I'm doing the reduction of KLH for the conjugation of a hapten to
this carrier molecule. I've used Dithiolthreitol (DTT) for BSA and it works
but DTT doesn't seems to reduce any KLH to expose the -SH groups.
Would appreciate if anyone who has done this reduction before to
guide me on what to use for the reduction. THANKS!!!
