If you're using human efffctor cells, one easy way would be to use
hybridoma cells opsonized with rabbit anti-mouse-Ig.  Rabbit Fc gamma is
compatible with the human Fc gamma receptor III (CD16) which mediates
ADCC.  Just don't use hybridomas producing antibodies to human antigens,
and make sure you wash out any secreted antibody before performing the
assay.
