Hi, I'm a graduate student at Virginia tech, as a part of my dissertation I'm trying to establish an ELISPOT system to measure murine antibodies to dsDNA and cardiolipin. I'm doing fine with IgMs, but have had poor outcome on IgGs. Has anybody ran into this type of problem before? Any help will be apreciated . Thanks. Daniela Verthelyi
