HOMEOSTASIS OF B,T,NK, PMN ETC....

The title says it all.  What is the homeostatic mechanism by which T, B,
NK, PMN, eosinophils, basophils..... you get the idea stay at an
amazingly fixed concentration under normal circumstances.  We all know
how RBCs do it.  ARe there similar mechanisms for these other cells. 
Just a curiousity.......
