cleveland/V8 protease gels

I'm entering the world of cleveland/V8 protease gelology.  I'm appealing to
those with more experience then myself in this area to provide a good working
methodology which includes enzyme concentrations.  I'll be using Sigma enzyme
P-2922 from S. aureus.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  If possible
