I am struggling to develop an elispot for IL-4, IFN-gamma and TNF excretion by human peripheral mononuclear cells. Results so far are extremely inconsistent. Does anyone have a robust protocol? Thanks. Alasdair Coles, Dept of Neurology, Cambridge.
