Looking for Antibodies

I would like assistance in locating a source of monoclonal 
antibodies, for evaluation and possible licensing, that will 
identify VEGF/FPI (vascular endothelial growth factor/vascular 
permeability factor) and PD-VEGF (platelet derived-vascular 
endothelial cell growth factor) on human cells.  High affinity 
IgGs are preferred.
