While in David Scotts lab we used Electroporation and DOTAP (Boeringer)
to transfect murine lymphomas (WEHI231 and CH31) both transiently and
stablly (sp?). Settings on the Electoporator were 250 V and 960 micro
farads. We didn't do anything with primary cells while I was there.
As for the antisense, was done in lymphomas as well, and
gives a wide variety of effects.
