Dear netters,
I am looking for a non-radioactive system to replace [3]T uptake in
proliferation assays. Sofar, I tried MTT and Alamar Blue (PHA+IL-2 stimulated
PBMC) but I was not happy with the results. For Alamar Blue, the signal/back-
ground ratio was pretty bad, for MTT, I had the same problem and in addition
a wide variation of the ODs. Are there better systems? Any comment would be
appreciated.
