Distinguishing between Osteoblasts and Stromal Cells?

I am trying to distinguish between human marrow-derived osteoblasts and bone 
marrow stromal cells.  Does anyone have any ideas as to how to distinguish 
these two "distinct" cell types apart at the molecular as well as the cellular 
level including cell surface antigens?  Please respond via Email.  Thank you.
