Hi, what do you want exactly? DNA is not protein so how can you want 
to use it as an antigen in agar gel precipitation test(ouchterlony)   
I think if you have antibody raised against DNA you may set SDS-PAGE 
running for your DNA, transfer it to a solid phase and you may now 
able to do immunodetection. Or you may extract your DNA from agarose 
in TAE using Qiaex protocol, then you can do ouchterlony .            
Please tell me the results after your trial.
