anti-fas immunolabeling

I am trying to use the J02 anti-fas antibody to work for immunolabeling. 
I have tried fixing the tissue with acetone, paraformaldahyde and no
fixative.  I use it at 0.025 micrograms per microliter and using the
spleen or thymus for troubleshooting.  Does anyone have any experience
