Avian Histology

I'm doing an honours project on the effects of air pollution on pigeon's 
lungs.  I have not been able to fin d a book on avian histology or 
histopathology, which will allow me to know what to expect once I start 
looking under a microscope or EM. Any advice? What about the specific immune 
responses I might see in the air-sacs? I speculate granuloma formation (in 
the extreme), anthracosis of lungs along with emphysema, widespread 
fibrosis, cellular infiltration.
