hELLO!
I have an interesting question.
Say I have 2-fold serial dilution made of immunized serum. 50 uL of each
dilution were placed into the ELISA plates coated with excess antigen.
After a primary Ab wash and secondary anti-serum linked to substrate. The
result are:
2+, 4+, 8+, 16+, 32+, 64+, 128+, 256+, 512+/-, 1024-,
2048-, 4096-, 8192-, 16384,.... for BSA
and
2+, 4+, 8+, 16+/-, 32-, 64-, ...... for TCB (
Q: Were there anti-BSA in the immunized blood?
" " " anti-TCB " ' " " ?
If so what are the titers of the antibodies? And the approx. concentration?
Any help will be greatly appreciated!
