I needed suggestions on how to make precipitin zones visible to the naked eyes
in agar gels. I know that antibodies reacted to its specific antigens forming
precipitin zones in agar gels (3% agar in water), but I have trouble making it
visible to the naked eye. Is there any reagents that I could use to make
these precipitin zones visible (such as dyes, etc.)? Any suggestions are
appreciated. Thank you.
