Intravenous Immunoglobulin for Asthma

I have been thinking about intravenous immunoglobulin therapy for asthma.
(initial tests done by Irwin Gelfand, Denver). Does anyone have any
personal experience with it.  Do you think it is worth it in light of
recent information on possible Hepatitis C risk with IVIG preps.  Would
like to get any information.
