I am interested in knowing how Ethidium Bromide/Acridine Orange can be
used to see DNA fragmentation (apoptosis) by staining cells and then
looking _at the cells_ under a microscope. I am familiar w/ EtBr
staining of DNA and running it out on a gel, but I don't think this is
what's being described here...
Please help.
