chicken B cell differentiation

I am studying the DT40 cell line. and I wish to check if the cells
are differentiating in response to a growth factor. I can do this
by either protein or mRNA analysis. So far, I checked the soup to
see if chicken Ab is present. This many not be sensitive, and the use
of chicken serum will give a band.

any suggestions? cDNA probes? antibodies?
