Flow cytometry info

I am looking for any introductory info concerning flow cytometry, especially 
the use of a FACScan. I am beginning to perform research on class I and II 
antibodies and need to learn how to use the FACScan in our lab. I understand 
the priciple behind using it to a degree, but any literature you out there can 
suggest will help to strengthen my knowledge on the subject. Please help point 
me into the right direction.
