Measuring IgG by ELISA?

	We are thinking of using ELISA to measure the IgG in swine plasma. 
	Can anyone offer us some information or their experiences on some 
reference articles and companies that supply the good setting up reagents?
	If we use a goat anti-pig-IgG Ab to coat the plate, what pH of the 
coating buffer is the best?
