streptavidin coating of elisa plates

Hello Nick!

I'm coating my ELISA plates with a solution of streptavidin (or avidin) in
PBS-buffer with a concentration of 10 microgramm/ml. The plates are then
incubated over night in fridge. This procedure seems to work very well, but
there are some problems if the epitopes of the antibodies are very close to the
position of the biotinylation ( in my case the epitope is position 1-8 from
N-terminus and the Biotin is attached to the N-term).
I hope I could help you, yours sincerely

Marcus Macht
