Transfer-plate: 96-well

I used to be able to buy a 96-well "transfer" plate from 
Dynatech, stamped Cooke Microtitre.  This is a brown plastic 
plate with wells with a hole in the bottom, and can be used to 
transfer reagents into a normal 96-well microtitre (e.g. ELISA) 
plate simultaneously - ideal for starting kinetic experiments.  
Dynatech no longer sell these - does anybody know where I can buy 
these?
