Production of Anti-Mouse Myosin in Rabbits

Hello-

  We are six students from Unionville High School (Unionville, PA) doing 
independent research on antibody production in rabbits.  Specifically, we 
will be injecting mouse myosin into rabbits, in the hope that the rabbits 
will produce anti-mouse myosin.  

Can anybody suggest a protocol (or the location of any relevant 
information) for this experiment?  We would also like to research the 
effect of adjuvants on antibody production in the rabbits.  Any 
suggestions?
