Hi,
just incubate your mABs with FITC, at molar ratio  1:2 or 1:3 in
Na carbonate buffer pH 9.3-9.6 for a couple of hours at RT (protect from
light!) or
o/n at 4C with gentle stirring. Purify on Sepharose from unattached  FITC
and that is it.
