Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis HELP

Hi!
My 18-month-year-old niece has a severe case of JRA.
I am looking for all the help and information I can find, 
to forward to my off-line sister living in rural Nova Scotia.
I subscribe to alt.support.arthritis and misc.health.arthritis
but I was wondering if anyone in this newsgroup knows of other 
groups to go to, or other resources on the net.
