PerCP

Dear Netters,

is anybody using the PerCP dye of BD for more than the FACScan ?
I got a nice staining on the FACScan, but unfortionately there
was not much of a signal when changing to the FacStar+.
Changing the 488nm from 150mW down to 15mW did not improve, although
FITC and Pe signals were still quite good (indicating the machine is
well aligned, and apparently the PerCP was not bad because of
bleaching).
Changing filters to a 620nmLP could also not improve the signal.

Any idea ?

If you dont know the answer yourself, please ask your operator
in case he has some experience with this dye.
