Bionet/Lit search

I'm a new grad student trying out the Bionet and wondering if anyone can 
think of recent reviews/tutorials or otherwise important articles on the 
many roles of TNF, in terms of apparent activities and their mechanisms 
(particularly describing TNF-alpha-responsive elements in 
transcription). I know that I could do a lit search, but this is a 
Bionet first attempt! Thanks,
