Lymphocytes recovery on ficoll paque

Does any one out there know which  lymphocytes are mainly recovered on 
ficoll and what sort of recovery percentage do you get? Is there any 
change in the T:B ratios? As regard the platelet rich plasma, does any 
know which lymphocytes are up there? So far the papers i have read only 
talk about the purity and viability, but nothing on recovery and the ratios. 
If anyone knows this please tell me. Thanks
