HELP - Quantitation of protein bound to microtiter wells

In my travels into elisa land I have never seen more than picomolar amounts of
protein binding to wells.  Therefore, standard protein assays will not work. 
The only method I have found to work is to use iodinated proteins and back
calculate the protein bound based on the specific activity (which needs to be
high to begin with).
