I am interested in locating ABs to soy protein for use in ELISA. I have used
one test formatted into an ELISA system which works well for protein which has
been denatured/renatured, but for my application it is unnecessary to go
through this rather tedious extraction process to get the soy out (unlike from
meat, which the above mentioned test was designed to be used to detect), and
we would like to detect the soy protein as is.
If anyone has any information on AB or tests, or has suggestions on how to
modify the extraction procedure in order to streamline it, I would greatly
appreciate the help.
