Immunodominance also applies to CD8 and B cell responses.
Read Sercarz's review of Immunodominance in the 1994 (I think)
Annual Review of Immunology. It's definitely in Ann. Rev. Immunol.
for some recent year. It is quite comprehensive. On the other
hand, he totally ignores one important additional mechanism (which I
will tell you about after I publish :)
