We wanted to do antigen retrieval, by micro-waving in citrate buffer, on cultured neurons plated on polylysine coated coverslips. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Any suggestions on how to do this would be appreciated.
