Q about chronic vascular leg ulcers

Hello.  I am an undergraduate biochemistry major at Lebanon Valley 
College, in Pennsylvania.  I am interested in chronic vascular skin 
ulcers, primarily those found onthe legs and feet.  I have done 
literature searches for information regarding the possible genetic 
relations of this condition, but to no avail.  I was wondering if anyone 
had any information on this subject.
