Advise needed regarding MLR assay

	I suggest that you dissolve them in a low MW ether or ester,
aliquot the solution into your culture vessels and then let
the solvent evaporate, leaving behind a coating of your
compound.  Then add a macrophage enriched population for 24
hr. or so prior to adding your responder cells.  Some of the
compound should partition into the aqueous phase, but I
would also expect adhering macrophages to scavenge some of
it from the surfaces they are adhering to.
