Advise needed in MLR assay

[Dr. Takashi Satoh]

We are planning to carry out screening of some organic compounds using the MLR
assay. Since we do not have much experiences with MLR assay, we are unable to
decide on what solvents to dissolve thses compounds which do not affect the
cell proliferation. Can anyone suggest an ideal solvent(s)? Your advise will be
greatly appreciated. Thank you.
