It has been established over the last seven years that the TH1-like T
cell in autoimmune processes is elevated vis a vis the TH2-like.
To correct this you must immunomodulate.
Dopamine is a Th1 agonist and a Th2 antagonist.
Serotonin is a Th2 agonist and a Th1 antagonist.
You can infuse Th2 cytokines, if available. Surely expensive and multiple
adverse effects.
You can try with a serotonin agonist such as steroids or cyclosporin.
Toxic and expensive.
You can try methotrexate, etc. This dopamine antagonist is toxic.
Or
You can immunomodulate with combined serotonin and dopamine agonists:
FEB/PHEN. See official web site, then unofficial.
Happy to hear from you. Yes, a major paradigm shift.
