Hello: I am embarking upon some experiments in which i will be doing ips on thymocytes.... does anyone have some recipes for lysis buffers which work with these cells? they would be well appreciated. either post here or to mrtour at stud.med.cornell.edu thanks michelle -- db or Michelle
