Problems with Murine IL-2 ELISA

Dear George,

      We have been quantifying IL-2 levels in supernatants from 
stimulated 

DO11.10 and GD12 T-cell lines using the Pharmingen IL-2 ELISA. 
Sensitivity 

is excellent (less than 100 pgs/ml) for the 4 hour room temp incubation 

and linearity is excellent up to approximately 2 ngs. We are diluting 
our 

standards and samples in PBS 10% FBS. Other diluents have been tried but 

a dampening of signal and poor linearity of recovery were observed.
