I am looking for a good reference (beyond looking up journal articles
in the library-I'm doing that) on ELISA assay development. I would like
something that covers plastics, antibodies, conjugates, common and
obscure problems, etc. In general, I would like something like a manual
and text book.
If there is something out there, I'm sure this group can find it!
