Dear George,
We are currently quantitating IL-2 in supernatants from in vitro
cultures of the DO11.10 and GD12 T-cell lines using the Pharmingen IL-2
ELISA. The only problems we've had have been when we used anything but PBS
10% FBS to dilute standards and samples. Without the 10% FBS we get a
dampening of signal and poor linearity of dilution.
