Three books that I like to use are:
Antibodies: A Laboratory Manual, by Harlow and Lane; Cold Spring Harbor
Laboratory Press, 1988. (*THE* bible for anything you want to know about
antibodies!)
Immunochemical Techniques: Laboratory Manual, by John Goers; Academic
Press/Harcourt Brace Jovanovich Publishers, 1993.
Principles and Practice of Immunoassay, ed. by Christopher Price and David
Newman; Stockton Press, 1991.
