I am looking for a eukaryotic expression vector, for expression in tumor
cell lines and hybridomas which are already neomycin resistant.
Therefore I would like a vector that has a selection marker other than
neomycin resistance (hygromycin?) and preferably a strong promoter.
Does anybody have such a vector that they could let me have, or
alternatively know where I could purchase such a vector? Thanks alot.
