Hello,
I know this sounds strange but a colleague was telling me that
piglets are fed on a diet which includes plasma to help them with
their immunity against scouring. I can't see how this can work. Does
anyone know if this is true and how it is supposed to work. My feeling
was that unless the plasma was from animals in the same environment it
would not have the right Ab's in it.
Please forgive the ignornace of a non-immunologist!
