Dear everyone,
Does someone have both class II chains (I-E of k) on a vector that they
would be willing to give/send me. (It would be great if it has a selectable
marker other than neo).
I would like to transfect the macrophage cell line I am working with, so
that I can look at antigen processing and presentation without prior
activation with interferon-gamma.
